Our default family trip is to the 'hiking park'. It is a 1.2 mile hiking trail that leads to a playground. So we frequently take the kids there for the nature walk and for the play ground. The playground is on the Etowah river and there are frequently ducks and geese there. So Edith and I play around with duck and goose calls to attract wildlife
T riding in the dueter with Beth. We have gotten our moneys worth out of the old deuter. It carries snack, wipes, diapers, towels, calls, juice, maps, oh and kids.
Edith likes to run the trails now, but only when going down hill. On the way back up hill she likes for her old man to carry her.
She also likes to climb up and down the hills in a dress and big hairbow. She would wear her 'red shiney shoes' out on these hikes if we would let her.
This is T poking uranus.
Our new favorite activity at the hiking park isn't the playground or the duck calls, it is poking things into this spigot
