So on September 16th at 9:30am Beth and Bonnie made it to the finish line and Bonnie Elizabeth Shugart was born. She came out healthy and small at 5 lb11.5oz. Beth surgery took a bit longer to finish up but after about 2 hours and she now has a custom made uterus. The recovery from the surgery was a bit hard and Beth's heart rate stayed really high for about 2 days until they could get some NSAIDs in her. This caused us to be at the hospital a bit longer but they allowed us to go home on Saturday night which meant we missed Breanna as she had to head home. We are recovering at home now with the awesome help of Angie Becksfort and are just hunkering down and resting. And now for the pictures you wanted to see.
